By matching a worker’s strength to a targeted job task, an employer can minimize losses in productivity. This screening test addresses critical physical work capacities necessary to complete a job task. This evaluation includes education and appropriate body mechanics associated with the job. We evaluate static and dynamic lifting abilities, carrying, pushing/pulling, endurance, job simulation and cardiovascular conditioning.
